Pennant Commitment Form

Are you able to commit to a full or part pennant season. You may only want to be an emergency.
Training is on a Thursday and if required, coaching for position and general coaching can be arranged.
Please Note: Currently (3) Saturday teams, (2) Tuesday Day teams and (1) Tuesday night team will be field. The selection committee requires all pennant playing members to complete this form. The coaching committee will be notified if any position or general coaching one on one is required.
