The details for the Annual General Meeting for 2008 are as follows:

• Nominations for Office bearers open: Friday 21st March 2008

• Nominations for Office bearers close: Friday 11th April 2008

• Ballot Forms delivered by: Friday 25th April 2008 (if required)

• Election Closes: 5pm, 2nd May 2008 (if required)

• Annual General Meeting: 7pm, Friday 9th May 2008

Notice of Motion for the transaction of any business to be conducted at this meeting must be with the Secretary no later than 5pm, 18^th April 2008. No business can be carried out at this meeting without prior submission.
