Australian Open 2008
The Australian Open is on between 17-23 February 2008. This event is held at the Darebin City Bowls Club and is the premier event on the Bowls Australia calendar.
Volunteers are needed to run the event, as with all bowls tournaments. Having volunteered at a couple of international events previously, I can recommend it. You'll meet many other like minded people and get to see some great bowls. Being part of an event like this is a great experience.
