Season 2007/08
Practice matches have been organised to give all Pennant players a hit-out before Round 1 of the RVBA Metropolitan Pennant Season. The dates and opponents can be found here.
Opening day was held from midday on Saturday 1st September. The season was opened by James Merlino MLA and the formalities were also attended by representatives from our sponsors Upwey Community Bank and Burrinja Cafe.
Whilst on the subject of sponsors, I would also like to thank Ferntree Gully Holden
for agreeing to a 3 year partnership agreement with the Club. Among other things, Ferntree Gully Holden has naming rights to our Annual Tournament to be held in March. These partnerships provide mutual benefits to the Club and partners. Ask the Secretary for further details.
The draws for RVBA Metropolitan Pennant and Group 12 Night Pennant are now available online. Take a look at our opponents for the coming season.
